Nolan roll on

The Nolan Committee created a set of principles to steer quality in government:

• putting the Citizen First;

• knowing Who does What and Why;

• engaging with Others;

• living Public Service Values;

• fostering Innovative Delivery;

• being a Learning Organisation;

• achieving Value for Money.

It would seem reasonable to gauge these against 'best possible' rather than 'incremental improvement on what we've always done'. Some time will be spent in the next weeks looking at what the Pure Vision / R10 implications are of actually taking these seriously. It'll be fun to do, and important.
