Number of people cycling has doubled since 2000, and still nowhere near enough. Need to get the right infrastucture to make this part of what we really do.

You need a car for the kids, underground to go the theatre at night, and can use a bike for the rest. Traffic lights can be put in by any local authority - I have five sets of traffic lights in 400m - there has to be a better way of doing this.

New buses coming in that will be 15% lower Co2 than the existing hybrid scheme and 40% less than diesel.
