Dave is a management trainer, team coach and facilitator, polar explorer and insightful, reflective thinker with a wonderful ability to give groups and individuals a different perspective on ways of achieving outstanding results and making change happen.
In his 10 years work with The TYF Group, Dave has brought vital knowledge and appreciate of dynamic risk management, group process and personal change.
When not in the office, Dave keeps in close touch with a wide circle of adventurous friends, finds time for the hills and ocean, and occasionally walks to places like the Geomagnetic North Pole, which he's done twice.
